RefectoCil Oxidant 3% 100 ml
Mixing ratio: 2 cm. color and 5-10 drops of oxidant.
A stabilizing liquid, equivalent to 10 vol (3%) to activate the tint.
It comes in a plastic bottle with a handy dropper. Sufficient for at least 100 treatments. Gives guaranteed satisfactory result.
Contains: 100 ml.
